Responsibilities:
Oversee all routes and scheduling of vehicles and personnel Schedule or adjust routes to minimize the number of vehicles needed Populate the company calendar and make necessary changes as needed Confirm drivers have received the route and check in at leave time Assist with supervision of day-to-day operations Handle phone calls from drivers throughout the duration of their route Help workers in the field troubleshoot challenges that arise Update clients when appointments change Assists with tracking mileage, fuel management, and use of fleet pool vehicles.
Scheduling of vehicle maintenance Help ensure drivers are following state and federal guidelines for driving hours, breaks, etc.
Assist with onboarding new drivers or technicians Notify leadership when drivers or technicians are facing ongoing struggles, or aren't following guidelines Assist with customer support Skills Geographical Knowledge Advanced Planning Communication Tech Savvy Customer Service Ability To Multi-Task Verizon Fleetmatics software knowledge Job Type:
