Responsibilities for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:
Assist with resident assessment and implementation of care needs and will participate in resident and family care conferenceMust be able to effectively communicate with residents, families, staff, physicians, outside providers and the publicEnsures that changes in resident condition are evaluated, monitored, documented and effective interventions are implementedProvide support and assistance to medication management systemsEnsure that medications are dispensed in a safe and effective manner, keep medication cart orderly, and all medications appropriately packaged and storedMonitor resident health concerns including weight and nutrition, skin integrity, mobility, fall management and pain managementRequirements for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:
Completion of an accredited school of practical nursingCurrent licensure as a Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of New JerseyLPN
Experience:
